A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

A: General sample needs 7-9 days. Mass production time needs 4-5 weeks.

A: Almost no MOQ, but also depends on products.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

   2  We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
   3 customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
   4 We arrange the production.

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on Ceiling Light?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q7: What is the warranty of your products?

A: Yes, we offer 3-5yrs warranty to our products. After the warranty period, we can continue to provide after-sales service of products and replacement of spare parts with less cost.
