A: For heat dissipation part, it adopts the ADC12 Die-casting Aluminum. More pure aluminum for better heat dissipation.

For reflector or profile, it adopts the 6063 Aluminum alloy. Good heat dissipation and lighter weight.

Q2. What is the finish treatment of your led lights?

A: Our standard finish treatments of led light surface are Matt White and Black.

For other Finish treatments, please talk with us.

Q3. What are your diffuser materials for downlight?

A: 1. For IP20 or IP40 Downlights, they adopt the PC Diffuser.

For COB One, it adopts the Frosted PC Diffuser; For SMD one, it adopts the Opal PC Diffuser.

2. For IP65 Waterproof One, it adopts the glass diffuser.

Q4. Are there IP65 waterproof LED Downlight in your product line?

A: Yes, there are some of our Downlights can be designed as IP65 Waterproof. Waterproof by Struction, glass and silicon rubber.

Q5. How can you promise the good quality of LED Lights?

A: 1. Top brands of Light source

Adopt the International Top Brands, such as CREE, OSRAM, LUMILEDS, SEOUL, BRIDGELUX etc.

Also adopt China domestic top brands, such as Hongli, San'an etc.

To achieve longer lifespan, higher lighting efficiency, CRI80/90, SDCM<3.

2. Quality assurance LED Driver

Adopt the International Top Brands, such as OSRAM, PHILIPS, TRIDONIC etc.

Also adopt China domestic top brands, such as BOKE, LIFUD, EAGLERISE etc.

3. Excellent thermal management.

Adopt the robust aluminum heat sink for better heat dissipation. The heat from the LED can be quickly taken away to ensure the LOW or standard temperature of LED Light. Lower temperature of it, longer lifetime of it.

Q6. Do you have any MOQ for LED Lights?

A: Almost no MOQ, but also depends on products.

Q7. Is it OK to print my logo on the LED Lights?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q8: What is the warranty of your products?

A: 5yrs warranty to 99% of our products. After the warranty period, we can continue to provide after-sales service of products and replacement of spare parts with less cost.
